Without Cdiscount Explicitly permitting, authorizing, or authorizing modifications, derivative works, or translations of the Service;

Using the Service or uploading content in a fraudulent, unreasonable, false, misleading, or deceptive manner;

Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or crack the Service (or any part thereof), or attempting to compromise or bypass Cdiscount's services for the Service and/or Cdiscount. Any encryption technology or security measures implemented on the transmitted, processed, or stored data;

Collecting or obtaining any information about other account holders, including but not limited to any personal data or information;

Uploading, emailing, publishing, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content that you are not authorized to provide under any law, contract, or trust relationship;

Uploading, emailing, publishing, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of any party;

Uploading, emailing, publishing, transmitting, or otherwise providing any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," "chain mail," "pyramid scheme," or any other unauthorized form of solicitation;

Disrupting other users' ability to communicate in real time by causing their screen to scroll faster than other users' typing speed, or otherwise negatively impacting other users' ability to communicate. Normal communication process;

Interfering with, manipulating, or damaging this service or the servers or networks connected to this service, or interfering with, manipulating, or damaging any other user's use and enjoyment of this service, or violating any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of any network connected to this website;

Taking any action or engaging in any behavior that directly or indirectly damages, disables, overloads, or weakens this service or the servers or networks connected to this service;

listing goods that infringe on third parties' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or using the Service in a manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;

directly or indirectly encouraging other users to conduct transactions outside the website.
